By using Raffaround, users agree to fair-use, anti-fraud, and shipping obligations.

• All sellers must ship won items with valid tracking within 5 days of winner draw.
• Failure to ship within deadline may result in automatic suspension.
• Fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, and fake listings are prohibited.
• Platform may block or suspend accounts for policy violations.
• All subscription terms, recurring charges, and platform fees are defined in this Terms page.
• Subscription charges and platform fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
