Raffaround collects only necessary account, transaction, and operational data.

• Account data: email, display name, role, and account status references.
• Transaction data: raffle entries, winners, fulfillment, payouts.
• Security data: moderation and compliance activity.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Account and data deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account and personal data online at raffaround.com/account/delete, or from inside the mobile app by opening the menu, choosing Account, then Delete Account & Data. Both remove the sign-in account and personal profile fields such as name, email, phone, and shipping address.

Some raffle, payment, fulfillment, fraud-prevention, tax, chargeback, and legal compliance records may be retained in anonymized form when required to operate Raffaround safely and meet legal duties.
